Jet Aviation has announced that its career portal, Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace, has undergone some 45 enhancements since launch in 2023. The digital staffing portal was designed to bring all aspects of the recruitment process into one centralised digital platform, including application review, tracking, contract, and payroll. The company says that it has continually been expanding capabilities to streamline the user experience for candidates and operators.
Enhancements to the portal include face and touch ID for mobile iOS app users, as well as enhanced user experience across candidate registration, job process flow, document sections and notifications. Employers also have access to advanced functionalities such as tracking and paying hourly employees through timesheet features, job and candidate filters for better reporting, and improved resource areas for customers to upload and share information with crew.
