Jet Aviation has announced that its career portal, Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace, has undergone some 45 enhancements since launch in 2023. The digital staffing portal was designed to bring all aspects of the recruitment process into one centralised digital platform, including application review, tracking, contract, and payroll. The company says that it has continually been expanding capabilities to streamline the user experience for candidates and operators.
Enhancements to the portal include face and touch ID for mobile iOS app users, as well as enhanced user experience across candidate registration, job process flow, document sections and notifications. Employers also have access to advanced functionalities such as tracking and paying hourly employees through timesheet features, job and candidate filters for better reporting, and improved resource areas for customers to upload and share information with crew.
“Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace is a valuable tool for connecting operators and aviation professionals,” says Elaine Lapotosky, vice president staffing. “We are committed to advancing our comprehensive staffing portal to further empower business aviation professionals and operators alike. Our enhancements allow for more efficient usage, further refining the user experience. The continued growth of Staffing Marketplace reflects our focus on providing an effortless experience to simplify the candidate search and hiring process.”
Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace connects users to a vast network of qualified candidates, including those seeking full-time, part-time, and temporary roles. In March 2025, the company announced the integration of Staffing Marketplace with Avianis, allowing users to access directly from the interface platform, providing a unified solution that streamlines crew assignment, management and administrative processes.
