Airbus Corporate Jets has begun deliveries of the ACJ TwoTwenty in the Asia-Pacific region, with the first aircraft handed over to a corporate customer. It is the fourth ACJ TwoTwenty to enter service worldwide.
The first three aircraft of the type were delivered to Middle East customers between 2023 and 2025. Two further customers, both based in Asia, are scheduled to take delivery next year and the year after.
The Asia-Pacific delivery is also the first ACJ TwoTwenty contract completed on a turnkey basis, with cabin outfitting carried out prior to delivery by Comlux under ACJ’s cabin project management. Once in service, the aircraft will be managed and maintained by Jet Aviation, whose Singapore facility joined the ACJ Service Centre Network in March 2025.

The three customers secured in Asia were previously operators of traditional heavy and long-range business jets. Airbus says the ACJ TwoTwenty offers two and a half times more cabin space than competing aircraft for a similar acquisition cost.
The aircraft is bigger and heavier than a traditional business jet but can depart from shorter runways, allowing operations from smaller business aviation airports such as Seletar in Singapore at maximum take-off weight.
According to Airbus, the ACJ TwoTwenty offers twice the cabin space of similarly priced ultra-long-range business jets, occupies the same parking footprint and can use the same airports, with operating costs around one-third lower.
The aircraft, a corporate variant of the A220, has a range of up to 5,650nm, equivalent to more than 12 flight hours. Airbus says this is sufficient to meet 98.6% of departure requirements from Asia, including non-stop city pairs such as Hong Kong to Anchorage, Singapore to Auckland, and Jakarta to Ankara.

Like all ACJ aircraft, the ACJ TwoTwenty is capable of flying with up to a 50% blend of kerosene and sustainable aviation fuel while remaining within the technical specifications of Jet A. Airbus has stated that all its commercial aircraft and helicopters will be capable of operating with 100% SAF by 2030.
“We are delighted that the ACJ TwoTwenty is making its debut in Asia, carving out a new market segment – ‘The Xtra Large Bizjet’,” says Chadi Saade, president of Airbus Corporate Jets. “By combining its intercontinental range and cabin space with the local technical expertise of Jet Aviation Singapore, we are delivering a complete ecosystem. Our customers in Asia will now benefit from the most advanced corporate jet on the market, backed by the peace of mind that comes from a certified local service partner.”
