Luxaviation UK has added a third Embraer Praetor 600 to its fleet, available for charter and based in Luton. The company says the addition makes it the largest operator of the type in the UK.
Luxaviation UK shared that the Praetor 600 has a range of 4,000 nautical miles (4,600 miles), travels at speeds of 863km/h, and can fly from a runway as short as 3,000ft. The aircraft is certified for steep approaches, equipped with enhanced vision systems for low-visibility operations, and features weather detection tools.
The aircraft accommodates up to nine passengers and three crew members. The seating converts into four lie-flat beds, supplemented by a three-seat divan at the rear. Onboard amenities include high-speed wi-fi, Apple TV and an entertainment suite.
“With this third Praetor 600 in our fleet, we are now the largest operator of that type in the UK,” said George Galanopoulos, CEO of Luxaviation UK. “This aircraft is a key example of our offering to clients, as it blends efficient travel with premium charter services across Europe and further afield. The Praetor 600 suits clients looking for a more modern flight experience, with advanced technology, sleek design, high-speed wi-fi, and the versatility to support business and leisure travel.”
“Welcoming the third Praetor 600 in our UK fleet reinforces Luxaviation’s reputation as a trusted manager of the latest-generation business jets,” said Patrick Hansen, CEO of Luxaviation Group. “Without compromising our standards, we offer our clients the most advanced fleets and service excellence Luxaviation is known for.”
Luxaviation UK is marking its 30th anniversary in 2026.
