Trade tickets are now on sale for Farnborough International Airshow 2026, which will run from 20-24 July 2026 with a new sixth exhibition hall added to accommodate record demand. The airshow will be the largest in its 78-year history.
Exhibition space and chalets sold out 12 months ahead of the show, with more than 50 organisations on a waiting list. The event will feature 26 international pavilions, including India, Japan, Australia, Mexico, Brazil and Switzerland.
The 2026 edition introduces two new features. The Defence SME Zone, sponsored by FTSE 100 defence company Babcock International, is intended to accelerate the visibility and growth of next-generation defence suppliers. It will showcase businesses with turnover under £10m specialising in defence and security technologies. Confirmed participants include Cognitive Design by CDS, Elite EMC, Emergent, Infortecorp Solutions, Inspectahire, and Needles And Pins Aerospace.

The Enterprise Gateway, running on 21-23 July alongside the Business Connections Exchange, will deliver workshops on procurement, regulation, exports and funding; keynotes and mentoring; live pitching sessions connecting SMEs with investors and primes; and insights aligned with the UK Government’s Plan for Change. The programme features speakers including a partner at Mercurea, general partner at Twin Track Ventures and managing director of Alatar.
The show will conclude on 24 July with Pioneers of Tomorrow, a dedicated STEM day for young people. The event will include a careers fair and digital job board advertising apprenticeships, graduate schemes and entry-level roles; as well as competitions and on-stand experiences targeted at young people. Organisations participating include Babcock International Group, Parker Aerospace and Belcan.
