EBAA Week 2026 is a new three-day business aviation event running November 16-18 in Brussels. It combines Business Aviation Flight Dispatcher Day, AIROPS, the Business Aviation Safety & Innovation Conference (BASIC) and the European Business Aviation Summit into one format at Skyhall and EUROCONTROL headquarters.
The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) will hold a new three-day event, EBAA Week 2026, in Brussels, Belgium, from November 16-18.
The event brings together several previously separate strands of EBAA’s calendar into a single format, held at Skyhall in Brussels, with one session at EUROCONTROL’s headquarters.
The week opens on Monday, November 16 with Business Aviation Flight Dispatcher Day, held at EUROCONTROL headquarters. The day is aimed at dispatchers and flight operations teams, with a morning session covering the Network Manager Operations Centre and how it supports daily operations, followed by an afternoon covering disruption management and operational scenarios, along with a question and answer session with EUROCONTROL experts.
AIROPS runs on Tuesday, November 17 and Wednesday, November 18 at Skyhall, aimed at airports, fixed-base operators (FBOs), ground handlers, trip planners and operators.
The Business Aviation Safety & Innovation Conference (BASIC) runs alongside AIROPS across the same two days, also at Skyhall, focusing on safety, innovation and operational discussions.
The European Business Aviation Summit takes place on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 17 at Skyhall, bringing together policymakers, regulators and industry leaders for policy dialogue on regulatory and strategic issues affecting the sector in Europe. The summit is followed by a networking reception and VIP dinner.
EBAA says further details on the programme, registration, hotel booking and participation opportunities will be released in due course.
