Bombardier will showcase its Challenger 3500 at LABACE 2026 in São Paulo, August 4-6, as part of a 10-city Latin American tour. The super-midsize jet offers a 3,400nm range and Mach 0.83 top speed. Frank Vento, Bombardier’s vice-president of sales, discussed the company’s commitment to the Latin American market.

Bombardier will display its Challenger 3500 at the Latin American Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (LABACE) 2026, running from August 4-6 at Campo de Marte Airport in São Paulo, Brazil.

The appearance forms part of a wider multi-city tour of the aircraft across Latin America, taking in Monterrey, Mexico; Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; Asuncion, Paraguay; Santiago, Chile; Lima, Peru; Guayaquil, Ecuador; Quito, Ecuador; Bogota, Colombia; and Panama City, Panama.

According to Frank Vento, vice-president of sales, U.S. and Latin America at Bombardier, “Bombardier’s industry-leading Challenger 3500 business jet is a proven performer, and we are delighted to be showcasing its outstanding performance and design innovations once again at LABACE.”

The Challenger 3500 has a range of 3,400 nautical miles (NM) and a top speed of Mach 0.83, which Bombardier says allows it to connect city pairs including São Paulo to Bogota, São Paulo to Panama City, and São Paulo to Dakar.

Vento added: “Bombardier is uniquely positioned in the Brazilian market, and as our extensive Latin American tour will attest, we are very committed to this important region.”

For maintenance support in the region, Bombardier points customers to Authorized Service Facility MAGA Aviation at Catarina Airport in São Paulo, which offers line maintenance, parts and tooling for Global, Challenger and Learjet aircraft. The company’s 300,000 sq ft Opa-Locka Service Centre in Miami provides expanded maintenance capabilities, and Bombardier operates a network of around 100 service locations worldwide.

Visitors can find the Challenger 3500 at booth SD25 at LABACE.
