VIP Completions has delivered a refurbished Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy (2000EXy) following a full interior and cabin technology overhaul.
The 2000EXy has a range of more than 4,000 nautical miles, sufficient for non-stop service between New York and Los Angeles. Typically configured for 10 passengers, the aircraft was manufactured between 2004 and 2009, with approximately 103 examples in service worldwide.
The refurbishment features custom seats upholstered in Garrett contrasting leathers with piping detail, a two-tone lower side wall finished with Garrett suede, and ARCA Statuaria polished marble countertops. Scott Group custom-designed Modern Deco carpeting runs throughout the cabin, complemented by Tapis Ultraleather trim, iron ore curly maple wood veneer and satin ultrablack metal plating. The cockpit seats are upholstered in Garrett sheepskin.
Cabin technology has been upgraded with a custom ALTO audio system comprising eight speakers and two subwoofers, calibrated to the cabin using ALTO’s MySound optimisation tool. A Crestron cabin management system is fitted with two MagSafe iPad mounts and two touch panels integrated into the drink rails, while high-definition monitors have been upgraded and upsized. The in-flight entertainment system includes Apple TV compatibility, dynamic RGB lighting and a Plex media server for content storage.
