Nextant Aerospace is taking the G90XT turboprop on a demonstration tour following the completion of its certification program.

“When we launched the G90XT program, we had an opportunity to be the first company to deliver on the full potential of this great airframe by providing technology that operators have been waiting years for,” said Jay Heublein, executive vice president at Nextant.

“The King Air family is the most successful business aviation platform in the history of our industry, but it has long lacked the technology that the jet market has benefitted from over the last decade.”

“The combination of single-lever power control technology, the fully integrated Garmin G-1000 cockpit and the new digital pressurization system delivers the most advanced combination of technology I’ve ever seen in a turboprop,” said Nathan Market, vice president of flight operations and lead test pilot at Nextant.

The G90XT also features a new interior designed by Nextant, and a new environmental system created to improve ground and inflight cooling.
