Two new aviation leather ranges from Moore & Giles

Leather specialist Moore & Giles has unveiled two new ranges for the aviation market.

Celine (pictured left) is a French calfskin designed in partnership with a six-generation tannery that supplies leather to fashion houses. Moore & Giles says the semi-aniline leather is lightweight, soft, has a uniform texture and offers excellent color consistency.

Celine production is managed exclusively by the tannery. Hides are inspected at each stage of the tanning process to achieve the best selection and cutting yields. All hides are treated in the drum to pass FAR 25.853 (i) (ii).

The other new range is Orion (pictured right), which is made from European hides.
