Switzerland-based VIP flight attendant training specialist Training Solutions is introducing leadership and teamwork training.
Dietmar Duller, founder and course leader at Training Solutions, says a combination of leadership skills and effective teamwork – which includes good communication skills, social skills, personal responsibility, shared goals and processes for conflict resolutions – make larger private jets operate smoothly and help the flight attendant to exceed the clients’ expectations. Duller says a shared philosophy, common goals and objectives, understanding of individuals in the group and a strong sense of empathy are also needed.
The course can be run concurrent with the company’s existing customer service training, which takes between two and four days.
Since 2007, Training Solutions has welcomed 1,000 VIP flight attendants from 60 countries to training courses in 16 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Monthly courses are also offered in Geneva, Switzerland.
