Jet Aviation is celebrating three decades of offering business aviation recruitment services in the US, with the company having first launched tailored staffing for the sector in 1996.
Over the following 30 years, staffing became a key business for Jet Aviation in the region, and it expanded its offering to include full-time direct hiring, talent acquisition services and payroll solutions. In 2023, the company launched Staffing Marketplace, a digital portal serving job seekers, employers and staffing agencies for full-time, part-time and temporary assignments.
Today, Jet Aviation Staffing provides permanent and direct hire placement, temporary and freelance positions, payroll services and outplacement across business aviation operations including flight and cabin crew, FBO, maintenance and business functions.
