At next month’s Aircraft Interiors Expo in Germany, Iacobucci HF Aerospace will present upgrades it has made to Gusto, an induction oven that has already been installed on several commercial aircraft and which features patented induction system technology.
Winner of three Mercury Awards, Iacobucci HF Aerospace’s oven can be used to provide everything from roasted meat to sunny-side eggs, baked fish, pasta and rice. With all its accessories, Gusto can also toast, grill and steam or, if necessary, re-heat food.
The new generation of the Oven goes further: thanks to new software installed on the device, Gusto now runs specific programs to automatically execute a variety of recipes, with a particular focus on fish- and meat-based meals.
Aircraft Interiors Expo will be held in Hamburg, Germany, on April 10-12, 2018.
