Dassault’s 2016 Falcon Maintenance & Operations (M&O) seminar series will kick off on April 13, coinciding with the 100-year anniversary of Dassault Aviation.

The seminars will be held on April 13-14 in Paris, France; April 13 in Shanghai, China; April 19 in Chicago, Illinois, USA; April 26 in Toluca, Mexico; April 28 in Dallas, Texas, USA; May 4 in Sao Paulo, Brazil; May 11 in San Jose, California, USA; May 17 in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA; and May 19 in Mahwah, New Jersey, USA.

“The M&Os allow us to meet face to face with Falcon operators from around the world, improving communications and establishing a solid basis for future cooperation,” said Jacques Chauvet, senior vice president of worldwide customer service at Dassault Falcon.

An annual tradition since 1966, each M&O attracts hundreds of attendees. Each of this year’s M&Os will provide full briefings on Dassault’s latest products and services, the Falcon Response portfolio of AOG support services, and demonstrations of the company’s latest performance software and app solutions.

Seminars will include model-specific and general technical sessions addressing topics ranging from troubleshooting solutions to reliability improvements and STC updates. Dedicated pilot sessions led by Falcon Operational Support Teams will be offered.
