This year, the Air Charter Association (ACA) is hosting its Air Charter Forum conference at EBACE for the first time.
EBACE25 will be held at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland, on 20-22 May 2025. The Air Charter Forum conference sessions will run from 13.30 to 16.15 on Wednesday 21 May. They will open with the latest industry insights from WINGX, and cover topics including current market trends and challenges, the role and importance of an air charter broker, as well as assessing the risk of technology replacing the role of the traditional broker.
With a range of expert speakers, the sessions will serve as a platform for brokers, operators and air charter community leaders to participate, discuss and share expertise.

The forum will end with an interactive quiz, hosted by Glenn Hogben, CEO of the ACA, and Julie Ellis, training manager at the ACA, who will test the audience’s air charter knowledge fundamental to the professional skill and service of charter brokers. Winners will receive two tickets to the ACA’s Air Charter Excellence Awards gala dinner in November.
The ACA’s Air Charter Forum will be in addition to its annual European members’ networking event on the first night of the show.
“The ACA is delighted to be able to support with the revised EBACE 2025 format by hosting an afternoon of air charter focused conference sessions,” said Kevin Ducksbury, chairman of the ACA. “We always receive fantastic feedback from members who attend our annual ACA Forum events, and we believe it is an excellent platform for discussion, that will add additional value to this year’s EBACE show.”
