Alto Aviation launches articulating arm tablet holder

Having entered a strategic partnership with MyGoFlight, which creates tablet gear for pilots, Alto Aviation has developed a new articulating and adjustable arm tablet holder.

Alto Aviation offers a base mount that is 100% fit compatible with Rosen plug-in bases. The universal mount is designed to drop into Rosen circular Micro D-Sub or Pogo Pin existing bases; it is fully compatible with all MGF device holders, allowing an array of mounting provisions for various passenger devices.

This new tablet arm articulates in any direction and consists of three independent joints that are adjustable and lockable from a single, centrally located control knob. The control knob allows for partial loosening and precise device positioning. Users define the orientation of the tablet and lock into place. Once locked, it is designed to stay in position securely, with no compromises.

“As cabin entertainment systems continue to evolve toward the integration of PEDs, it was a natural extension for Alto to offer a straightforward and affordable tablet arm holder that leverages existing bases located in the aircraft,” said Kevin Hayes, vice president of sales and marketing. “It supports our philosophy of keeping the existing furnishings intact and adding an elegant hands-free device with no modifications to the cabin. Our arm is fully articulating and is adaptable to any PED in the market, providing convenience and carefree operation to our customers.”
