After 37 years in aviation, West Star Aviation’s Gary Edwards has retired. Edwards led aircraft paint programs at West Star’s facility in Grand Junction, Colorado, USA, for 22 years.

Mark Birmingham, an employee for eight years at West Star, has been promoted as the new paint program manager at the facility. Birmingham grew up in the industry, as his father owned an aircraft painting business.

“We’d like to thank Gary for his 22 years of service and welcome Mark into his new role in continuing the reputation of quality paint work,” says Dave Krogman, general manager of West Star Aviation’s Grand Junction facility.
