SR Technics will extend its maintenance capabilities for the Boeing 787 at its line maintenance station in Geneva, Switzerland, effective from August 1, 2016. The new service includes on-call maintenance, transit checks, daily and weekly checks, cabin inspections and defect rectification. Within the SR Technics network, Geneva is the second line station after Zurich, Switzerland, to introduce the Boeing 787 capability.

“This demonstrates our commitment to offering comprehensive solutions that suit the needs of our customers while steadily investing in training to expand our service portfolio with new aircraft types,” said Jakob Straub, head of line maintenance, international, at SR Technics.

“In addition to the Boeing 787 in Geneva, we have also recently extended our Airbus A380 support network from Zurich to Madrid, enhancing our capabilities at this important international hub.”
