EASA Part-145 approval has been granted to Jet Aviation’s maintenance facility in Vienna, Austria, for the Bombardier Learjet 60. The first 120-month inspection – on a Turkish-based Learjet 60 – began this month.

The news means the facility can support the type with line and base maintenance services up to the 120-month inspection.

“We strive to meet the business aviation service requirements of our customers when and where they need them,” said Hakan Tin, managing director of Jet Aviation’s MRO and FBO facility in Vienna.

“As a mid-size, medium-range business jet, the Learjet 60 is a popular model in Europe and this approval provides much-needed maintenance support to aircraft owners and operators throughout the region.”
