Constant Aviation has completed its fourth ‘Mid-Life’ 7,500-cycle inspection on a Bombardier Challenger 300. These aircraft, introduced in 2004, are beginning to reach 7,500 flight cycles, necessitating the inspection.

Constant Aviation says it is the most comprehensive inspection on this airframe, involving more than 8,000 man hours. The company believes five inspections have been carried out across the industry.

“Having delivered four consecutive discrepancy-free Mid-Life inspections, it is clear that we are leaders in Challenger 300 maintenance,” said Stephen Maiden, president and CEO of Constant Aviation.
