Expanded refurbishment capabilities at TAG Aviation Geneva

0

Research by TAG’s Part 21 DOA department has led to the introduction of an ‘off-the-shelf’ wood re-varnishing process at the TAG Aviation Maintenance Services Centre in Geneva, Switzerland. The company is offering ready-to-go varnishing finishes – ranging from matte to ultra-gloss – for all types of wood, which it says reduces interior refurbishment turnaround time massively.

The center is also now offering partial exterior paint refurbishments, in conjunction with major scheduled C-check inspections, for Dassault Falcon types – again to minimize downtime.

Customers can also take advantage of a new 3D cabin configuration tool to see realistic representations of the materials they have selected, as well as ambient lighting scenarios, on the most popular cabin layouts.
