AMAC Aerospace has completed heavy base maintenance on a head-of-state-owned BBJ767 at its facility in Basel, Switzerland.
The project included 1A, 2A, 3A, 6A, 8A, 1C, 2C and 4C inspections, as well as the parallel installation of a Starlink satellite communication (satcom) system. AMAC Aerospace’s technicians also resolved fuel imbalance issues affecting the aircraft.

We are pleased to support our customers in enhancing their aircraft’s connectivity systems and are available to assist with any installation requirements.”
The BBJ767 was one of several widebody aircraft to undergo maintenance at the Basel hangars over the summer. An ACJ350 arrived for an A-check, a privately owned BBJ777 underwent a C-check as it returned to service following a preservation period, and a privately owned BBJ747-400 underwent a D-check.
