Aero Star Aviation has announced the launch of a new AI-powered virtual assistant that is designed to improve the way it handles Embraer maintenance projects and reduce downtime.
The new AI virtual assistant, Ava, has been implemented to streamline the technician’s troubleshooting process. The data accessed by Ava is powered by Aero Star’s years of knowledge and experience on the Phenom100 and 300. Ava can deliver intuitive support to the technicians, providing instant access to important maintenance data.
“Our technicians will have the information they need instantly, without the delays of traditional document searches or manual troubleshooting,” said Chris Grinnell, owner/president, Aero Star Aviation. “Ava will increase the accuracy of the repairs, along with accelerating the process of the maintenance timeline.”
Aero Star says that the launch reflects the company’s ongoing investment in innovation and its commitment to delivering industry-leading support to all Phenom owners and operators.
