A group of Textron Aviation representatives recently attended the 2023 Women in Aviation conference in Long Beach, California. The Women in Aviation organisation was established in 1994 as a non-profit organisation and is dedicated to empowering and educating all those whose interests, lives and work involve aviation and aerospace. This conference was an opportunity for participants to attend professional development seminars, networking events and empower the growth of women in aviation and other STEM fields.
