The interior of Clay Lacy Aviation's new Gulfstream GV

A Gulfstream GV, G450 and GIV-SP, as well as a Cessna Citation CJ3, are the latest additions to Clay Lacy Aviation’s US charter fleet of managed business jets. The company operates in line with its CleanCheck Standard – designed to eliminate the spread of COVID-19 and other diseases – and provides personal inflight service.

The Gulfstream GV

The GV accommodates 14 passengers, with sleeping facilities for six, and features premium upholstery, wood accents and the latest entertainment and communications technologies. Charter passengers can stream internet content and conduct phone calls internationally. Amenities include the Airshow moving map, power outlets, a fully equipped galley and separate passenger and crew lavatories. The aircraft has a range of 6,250 nautical miles and is based at Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles, California.

Features of the G450 include a Gogo Iridium international satellite phone, an entertainment system with personal club seat monitors, a large galley and a separate crew lavatory. The aircraft seats 14 passengers and sleeps six. It has a range of 4,100 nautical miles.

The Gulfstream GIV-SP features four monitors

Based at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California, the GIV-SP can transport charter passengers up to 3,880 nautical miles. The cabin accommodates 11 passengers and sleeps four, offering domestic and international phone and wi-fi, six iPads, the Airshow moving map and four display monitors. As well as a galley there is an aft lavatory with full vanity.

The Cessna Citation CJ3 interior

The Cessna Citation CJ3 is based at Van Nuys and is described as a great option for regional travel in the USA, Canada and Mexico, with a non-stop range of 2,040 nautical miles and 45,000ft cruising altitude. With cabin seating for seven passengers, the enclosed belted lavatory increases seating to eight. Other features include a domestic and international flight phone, refreshment centre with ice drawer and multiple power outlets.

The newly refurbished Falcon 900C

In other Clay Lacy charter fleet news, a 12-passenger Falcon 900C, based at Van Nuys Airport, has been updated with a newly repainted exterior and completely refurbished cabin. It features leather-upholstered executive seating and carpeting in shades of grey, complemented by dark-brown veneers.
