Embraer and Ingenio partner for table tablet holder

An Ingenio Aerospace table tablet holder has been added by Embraer as an accessory on the Phenom 300E business jet.

The table tablet holder is designed to be compact and lightweight, providing passengers with hands-free access to iOS and Android electronic devices in flight.

Complementing Embraer’s DNA philosophy of ergonomics, craftsmanship and design, the table tablet holder clips onto the Phenom’s stowable sidewall table to provide convenience and efficiency.

Customers accepting delivery of new Phenom 300Es will be the first to enjoy this new accessory.

“We are very pleased to announce another project with Embraer, a leader in business aviation,” said James Bell, president and CEO, Ingenio Aerospace. “The Embraer design team is committed to personalised customisation. We are proud to be a part of that vision. By facilitating access to tablets and smartphones in flight, we are directly contributing to the enrichment of the passenger experience.”

Ingenio is focused on designing, certifying and building products and components for fixed-wing and rotor aircraft, in corporate and commercial markets. Based in Montreal, Canada, Ingenio has developed more than 50 cockpit and cabin solutions since 2013.

The Ingenio quality management system is AS9100D registered and the company is an approved manufacturer under Transport Canada CAR 561. All products are engineered to meet FAA Part 25 regulations and all electrical components are DO-160G qualified to facilitate installation on any aircraft.
