Duncan Aviation has installed Starlink internet connectivity systems in customers’ Falcon 7X aircraft at all three of its MRO facilities, in Battle Creek, Michigan; Lincoln, Nebraska; and Provo, Utah.
As an authorised Falcon service centre, Duncan Aviation is carrying out installations using the Dassault Falcon Jet Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) and OEM service bulletins to ensure long-term OEM support and compliance with both the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certification. Transport Canada approvals for Canadian-registered aircraft are in progress.
Duncan Aviation’s avionics sales representatives are available to discuss Starlink installation scheduling with Falcon owner/operators ahead of upcoming maintenance events or paint and interior projects.
“We recommend that our Falcon customers maximise any anticipated downtime for their aircraft by pairing the installation with an annual inspection, interior refurbishment, or new paint scheme,” says Adrian Chene, avionics sales representative at Duncan Aviation. “While the interior is already out for maintenance or interior work is an ideal time for the Starlink installation. This will also allow our customers to work with our talented designers to come up with a fresh, customized interior or an eye-catching paint scheme that will make their aircraft the envy on the ramp!”
