Aero-Dienst – a full-service provider of business aviation and air ambulance services headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany – has established a US subsidiary: Aero-Dienst America, located in Palm Beach, Florida. Its establishment marks another milestone in the company’s international growth strategy.
Aero-Dienst is expanding its international presence to enhance service quality, customer proximity and response times. The initial priority is to ensure a reliable supply of spare parts. Aero-Dienst said it is the first company from the German-speaking region of Europe to enter the North American parts distribution market, and thus it anticipates excellent access to the world’s largest business aviation parts market.
The goal is to source spare parts more quickly and under better commercial conditions, thereby sustainably improving supply reliability and cost efficiency. The company said optimised parts availability will benefit both customer aircraft fleets operated in Europe, and its own fleet of air ambulance jets, which has been conducting global medical repatriation flights on behalf of its parent company ADAC for nearly 30 years.
Beyond spare parts, Aero-Dienst America will gradually expand its portfolio. Future services will include support for aircraft arbitrage – guiding customers through the process from disassembly of valuable components to repair, recertification and resale – as well as comprehensive aviation consulting. This includes pre-purchase inspections and production supervision at OEM facilities across North America. As a technical representative, Aero-Dienst America accompanies the entire aircraft build process on-site to ensure precise execution in line with customers’ specifications and expected quality standards.
“With Aero-Dienst America we are opening access to urgently needed aircraft parts in a severely underserved market, while also offering comprehensive consulting services for existing and new customers looking to position themselves strategically within the aviation value chain,” said Mathias Mößner, CEO of Aero-Dienst America.
Starting in mid-2026, the service portfolio will be expanded to include aircraft detailing – the professional cleaning and care of business jets, ranging from hygienic cleaning and interior/exterior detailing to full-service aircraft washing, addressing both aesthetic and functional aspects.
“Establishing our US subsidiary underscores Aero-Dienst’s commitment to providing outstanding quality and excellent service in the aviation industry,” said André Ebach, CEO of Aero-Dienst in Germany. “We look forward to contributing our expertise to this dynamic market and further reinforcing our role as a trusted partner in aviation.”
In addition to its headquarters in Nuremberg, Aero-Dienst also operates stations in Austria (Vienna, Klagenfurt) and a maintenance station in Oberpfaffenhofen near Munich that was set up four years ago. Its component shop in Landsberg am Lech allows Aero-Dienst to provide local repairs for maintenance operators in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
