Table developments unveiled by Bucher Aerospace

Bucher Aerospace debuted three new VIP table mechanisms at NBAA-BACE 2018, held in Orlando, Florida, on October 16-18, 2018.

Nairobi is a pillar-free conference table designed for medium- and large-cabin business jets. The company says Nairobi offers force-assisted adjustability in height (34cm/13.4in) and lateral position (48cm/18.9in), combined with a highly reliable fully mechanical mechanism to reduce weight and minimize maintenance.

Another new development is Savannah, a divan table that deploys out of the side of a love-seat. Bucher says this has controlled motions to ensure the highest comfort and ergonomics. Meanwhile, Minneapolis is a table for consoles in smaller cabins, for example in small aircraft or cars. Both have been designed to offer dampened motions, a pleasant sound and well-balanced operating forces.
