Southco has expanded its A4 Pin Latch line with a new stainless-steel push-to-open/push-to-close option, designed as a concealed latching solution.
The latch features press-to-open and press-to-close operation with a flush-mounted appearance and a single-hole mounting design intended to simplify panel preparation and installation. It is constructed entirely from stainless steel, aimed at marine and aerospace applications requiring resistance to corrosion, vibration and repeated use. Southco positions the latch as an alternative to traditional cam or slam latches where a streamlined, unobtrusive panel design is required.
A floating receptacle option is also available, allowing the latch to accommodate panel misalignment while maintaining consistent engagement.
The new pin latch forms part of Southco’s wider A4 product family of access hardware.
