Mirror innovations on display at Aircraft Interiors Expo

Air-Craftglass plans to unveil several solutions at Aircraft Interiors Expo 2018, to be held in Hamburg, Germany, on April 10-12, 2018.

For example, it will showcase the ability to integrate flush displays – showing information or even an IFE screen – into its mirrors. The company also makes complete display screens. A plug-and-play, scratch-resistant glass solution with printed border and laminated screens will be on display.

The company will also show Air-craftglass Side-impact Aluminium Profiles (ASAP). These are designed to protect the edges of the company’s mirrors from damage – particularly when several mirrors are fitted next to each other and may be subject to vibrations. The profiles are available in many colors, including standard aluminum, black, gold and rose gold.

Air-craftglass’s mirrors and clear glass products are available with design elements in materials including gold, aluminum, carbon fiber and marble.
