JCB Aero, an AMAC Aerospace company, has successfully completed MRO projects on more than 20 aircraft since expanding into Airbus and Boeing MRO activities in mid-October 2024.
The company was already established as a specialist in VIP and airline aircraft cabin completion and refurbishment services. Additionally, the recent acquisition of Kreative Engineering Services (KES) enabled JCB Aero to offer a fully integrated portfolio of services for the aircraft and cabin.
In its airline first- and business-class suite business, JCB Aero has supplied components for the cabins of customers including a large domestic airline carrier and a major Middle East airline carrier, the latter of which recently signed a new contract. JCB Aero is equipped to handle serial business seat production in one place.
Supported by its expanded engineering team and in-house production capabilities, JCB Aero designs, manufactures and delivers a wide range of composite panels and floorboards tailored to customer specifications. Its facilities include one of France’s largest 3D printers and a five-axis CNC machine, enabling “the production of moulds and other components with the highest level of component finish, as well as exceptional machining speed, reliability, structural rigidity, operating flexibility and productivity”, the company noted.
