AMAC Aerospace has provided details of three recent successful MRO projects in Switzerland and Turkey.
In Switzerland, the company reveals it has redelivered two Airbus A319s to long term customers. The first aircraft, which is privately owned, came to the hangars in Basel, Switzerland, for a fuel tank inspection. The second aircraft, which also belongs to a private owner, underwent a registration change. AMAC Aerospace says that both customers were pleased with the support, and the aircraft have returned to operation.

Also, at the end of September, AMAC Aerospace redelivered two Dassault Falcon 7X aircraft to long term customers after performing line maintenance at its hangar in Istanbul, Turkey. The first aircraft came for a 600-flight hour inspection of the three engines. Some engine defects were found and reported to the engine manufacturer, who recommended the necessary actions to follow. In addition, the fuel system was decontaminated and treated. The second aircraft underwent a two-month inspection. The pilot had reported an issue with one of the wheel pressure sensors. AMAC Aerospace’s technicians found the part unserviceable and replaced it with a new one. The team also replaced the nose cone erosion tape with a new part due to damage.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey has further completed a Level 3 pre-purchase inspection (PPI) of a Dassault Falcon 2000S. The inspection revealed several findings, which were raised to reflect the status of the aircraft. Cosmetic defects were reported to both the buyer and the seller for full transparency and airworthy items were cleared before being released. Both parties were satisfied with the transparent report, and sales transaction continues as agreed.
