Training Solutions recently held its 200th VIP cabin crew training course in Geneva, Switzerland. The company has offered the monthly course since 2010, training cabin crew for more than 50 business aviation companies, private jet owners and corporate operators.

“We have had many milestones since we started in 2007,” said Dietmar Duller, founder and course leader at Training Solutions. “Understanding the business aviation industry and its specific requirements, knowing the clients’ expectations and providing the same high level of education consistently are very much appreciated. I also learn from every course and sharing my passion for this industry and helping the training participants to succeed in the private jet industry is and always will be our goal.”

The company has also conducted in-house training courses for clients in 17 countries, ranging from Scandinavian and central African countries to Kazahkstan and the UAE. “We know their cultural differences, culinary preferences and the type of service provided on their private jets, and our aim is always to instil our participants with confidence, as the job can be demanding, clients’ expectations are high and participants should be aiming to exceed these expectations,” says Duller.
