Luc Masse has joined aircraft management and charter sales specialist Partner Jet as chief operating officer. As part of his remit to manage the company, Masse has been tasked with driving an “aggressive” growth strategy.

“We are very excited to welcome Luc to the Partner Jet team,” said Ian McDougall, the company’s CEO. “He is a proven leader with extensive experience in strategy formulation and execution and understands the business aviation market extremely well. Luc’s past success with other aircraft management companies makes him an excellent addition to Partner Jet as we continue to execute our growth plans going forward.”

Masse brings more than 35 years of experience in business development, customer management and operations. As an independent consultant, he has helped a number of aerospace companies to develop strategic orientations and go-to-market programs. Prior to this he was a senior executive at Skyservice Aviation and Starlink Aviation and spent more than 22 years at Bombardier Aerospace in strategy, business development marketing and contracts roles. Masse holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing and business law.

Partner Jet has strategic alliances with MX Aerospace and Flight Solutions & Services, and maintains an Argus Gold accreditation. Headquartered at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport, Partner Jet operates out of more than 50,000ft² (4,645m²) of hangar and office space.
