Carpet specialist Scott Group Studio is starting the new year with a new leadership line-up – with John Hart and Tim Hill appointed co-CEOs, and incumbent president and CEO Michael Ruggeri (right) transitioning to become chairman of the board.
Ruggeri’s career began at Scott Group Studio in 1979. Ruggeri, his brother Rich, and Tim Hill purchased the company in 1997.
Hart has 20 years of experience developing luxury interior brands, and joined Scott Group Studio in February 2017 as executive vice president, residential and commercial.
Hill, most recently chief operating officer at the company, joined in 1996 as head of finance and operations.
Over the past year, the company acquired PWV Studios and opened new showrooms in Chicago, Illinois, and New York, New York.
