Gogo tweaks customer loyalty program

0

Gogo has refined its customer loyalty program to make global inflight connectivity more accessible. The program has been shortened from a five-year to a three-year commitment. The service is also now transferable, in case an equipped aircraft is sold, and there is a monthly payment plan, so no annual up-front payment is required.

The loyalty program enables select Gogo customers to receive SwiftBroadband equipment packages at no cost when they complete installation at an authorized Gogo dealer and activate a new SwiftBroadband airtime contract with Gogo – an offer worth up to US$92,500.

Inmarsat’s SwiftBroadband provides voice and data services with near-global coverage at all altitudes and on the ground. Installation and certification costs at an authorized Gogo dealer are the responsibility of the customer.
