A VIP BBJ 747-8i aircraft will be equipped with entertainment and cabin management systems supplied by Astronics PGA, as part of an interior completion at AMAC Aerospace.

The IFEC system will include ultra-high-definition (4K) screens, touchscreens, 4K audio/video sources and passenger control units. It will also include digital rights-managed (DRM) content for entertainment delivery.

The CMS system will control the entire cabin environment – from lighting and temperature to door and window shade operations.

As well as IFEC and CMS solutions, Astronics PGA specializes in lighting and in-seat motion systems for business, VIP and commercial aircraft.

AMAC Aerospace was founded in 2007 to serve the corporate and VIP/VVIP aviation market. Today, the group operates a network of seven hangars for mid-size, narrow- and wide-body jets, dedicated to maintenance, design, modification and completion projects.
