Jormac Aerospace’s carbon fiber profiles have won a place on the Crystal Cabin Award shortlist. This annual competition celebrates innovative developments in the aircraft interiors industry. The awards coincide with Aircraft Interiors Expo, which will be held on April 4-6, 2017 in Hamburg, Germany. Selected finalists will be invited to present their entry on April 3, ahead of the winners being announced on the evening of April 4.
Jormac says its carbon fiber profiles are light in weight and high in strength. Other fruits of the company’s latest round of research and development, showcased at NBAA in November 2016, include carbon fiber tie rods, carbon fiber periphery lining panels, carbon fiber support structure, new decompression panel latches and ECS components.
