People from 75 countries have now attended Training Solutions’s VIP cabin crew training course in Geneva, Switzerland. The milestone was reached with the attendance of a flight attendant from Venezuela.
The monthly courses focus purely on customer service excellence. Trainees practice using table mock-ups that are the exact size as tables in private jets. Dietmar Duller, leader and founder of Training Solutions, conducts every course personally.
Training Solutions has worked with both commercial and VIP cabin crew, and aims to provide guidance and help even after the course. The company says that many commercial flight attendants who have participated on the course have now achieved their goal of working on private jets.
Since 2007 the company has conducted more than 180 courses, welcoming more than 1,250 flight attendants. It lists 20 business aviation companies and more than 30 private owners and stock-listed companies as clients.
