ASG manages ACJ330 completion for client in Asia

Asian Sky Group (ASG) of Hong Kong recently served as the inspection and acquisition consultant and completion manager on a VIP ACJ330 project for a client based in Asia. This is ASG’s second ACJ330 completion project.

“The project was particularly challenging due to the status of the aircraft at the start and the compressed timeline for completion,” said Jeffrey Lowe, ASG’s managing director. “ASG’s benefit to the client was its ability to provide, from a single source, all the necessary services to complete the project, which included representing the client with the completion centre and overseeing matters of engineering and certification.”

ASG supported the client through the nine-month completion process. This support began in the initial stages, with ASG assisting in the negotiation and execution of the aircraft purchase agreement and the technical inspection. ASG then oversaw the installation of the cabin and exterior painting, a review of the records and maintenance management. ASG had a team of specialists on-site to oversee the project daily, and ensure the quality of fit and finish.

Following the delivery of the ACJ330, ASG has since commenced its next completion management project, for an Asia-based ACJ320neo.
