West Star has promoted Dan Prieu to the role of senior project manager at its facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee (CHA).
Prieu has more than 28 years of aviation experience, including in previous roles at high-profile companies including SAAB and Bombardier. He obtained his A&P and private pilot license from Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and holds a business management degree.
“Dan has a genuine connection with aviation and his diverse experience will bring added value to the West Star team and CHA facility,” said Steve Goede, general manager at CHA.
“I am excited to continue my aviation career with the very talented team that is already established here at West Star,” said Prieu.
West Star Aviation specialises in the repair and maintenance of airframes, engines and APUs, avionics installations and repair, major modifications, interior refurbishment, exterior paint, surplus avionics sales, accessory services and parts.
