Greenpoint Aerospace – an interior refurbishment and MRO facility based in Denton, Texas – has passed a quality audit conducted by a customer it has worked with since 2011. The company passed with the highest rating possible; all areas observed were deemed excellent, with no findings or observations.
Reported strengths include monitoring and maintenance of the FOD Critical Area (FCA); an internal audit system for quality; and teamwork that “embraces agility and continuous improvement while being open to feedback”.
“We truly appreciate the care and attention to detail that occurred during our visit at Greenpoint,” reinforced Trevor Frase, lead technician DTO from Paccar, a customer.
“We rely on maintenance providers to give us correct and timely products to meet our flying demands. Our pilots appreciated the finish and minimal discrepancy list received after a test flight. We also value that if there were any discrepancies in our satisfaction, our concerns were discussed and addressed promptly. We certainly will return to Greenpoint Aerospace for maintenance in the future.”
