RUAG MRO International can continue to offer MRO services for the PC-12 at its Geneva-Meyrin site in Switzerland, following the renewal of its Authorized Pilatus PC-12 Service Center agreement. The company first gained this status in 2008.

A dedicated PC-12 team manages an average of 150 maintenance and support events annually. These include line, base and heavy maintenance checks and AOG events, as well as multiservice visits that feature component and subsystem MRO, avionics upgrades, IFE and connectivity integrations and cabin modifications.

“Our Pilatus PC-12 team is highly specialized and knows the aircraft inside and out,” stated Pio Ming, general manager of the Geneva site.

“Over the years, Pilatus PC-12 customers have come to understand that this expertise translates into the prompt and reliable resolution of routine maintenance events and optimized downtimes, all of which means improved aircraft availability and more time in the air.”

Volker Wallrodt, senior vice president business jets, Dornier 228 and military aviation, RUAG MRO International, identifies PC-12 competency as an overriding factor for customer loyalty at the site.

“Our Pilatus technical teams work hard to earn the confidence of our PC-12 customers and to ensure their repeat business,” he said. “We are pleased to have Pilatus renew their trust in our capabilities and recognize this performance.”
