New vice president of planning and performance at HAECO Americas

HAECO Americas has appointed a new vice president of planning and performance. Jim Clarke will lead the teams responsible for maintenance event planning, cost and pricing analysis and customer performance reporting across North American operations for the company. He will be based at HAECO Americas’ headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina.

“We are very excited to welcome Jim Clarke to our leadership team,” said Jim Sokol, president of MRO Services, HAECO Americas. “He joins us at a critical point in our implementation of measures designed to bring new efficiencies to our maintenance operations. I am convinced Jim has the right mix of leadership experience and proven capabilities to take our operations to the next level, delivering new value for our customers.”

Clarke’s career in aviation maintenance planning, forecasting and supply chain management included 22 years at FedEx Express. He also gained aviation maintenance experience at Pratt & Whitney and American Airlines. He has a bachelor of science degree in aerospace engineering from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University.
