New quality assurance manager at West Star Chattanooga

Jeffrey (Jeff) Sneden is the new quality assurance manager at West Star Aviation’s facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee (CHA). Sneden’s more than 37 years of aviation experience includes 25 years in quality assurance at organisations including Miller Aviation, Flight Options and Embraer. He also holds an A&P and Inspector Authorization (IA) license.

“Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with quality standards and technical specifications, making him a strong asset to the West Star team,” said Gary Schandl, director of quality assurance at the company’s site in East Alton, Illinois.

“I appreciate the opportunity to join the West Star team, as I admire their continued commitment to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and meticulous quality assurance,” said Sneden.

West Star Aviation specialises in the repair and maintenance of airframes, engines and APUs, avionics installations and repair, major modifications, interior refurbishment, exterior paint, surplus avionics sales, accessory services and parts.
