West Star Aviation has promoted James Davis to Gulfstream programme manager at its ALN facility in East Alton, Illinois.
Davis started his aviation career in 1996 and has held a variety of positions within the industry. Coming to West Star in 2014, he has held both team lead and supervisory positions. Davis will be leading his team of employees, while managing overall customer satisfaction, and have P&L responsibility for the programme.
“James has proven to be a true asset to the company, our valued customers and team members,” said Brian Bauwens, general manager at West Star ALN. “We look forward to seeing his continued growth, while also sharing his expertise.”
“I am looking forward to assisting with making positive changes and continuing to grow the Gulfstream team here at ALN,” said Davis. “I enjoy passing along what I’ve learned over the last 25 years working on Gulfstreams and watching other team members grow their careers, thus improving themselves and the department.”
