This kind of check is completed every 10 years and involves the full removal of the cabin. The aircraft will also be refurbished and fitted with a Ka-band system to enable broadband connectivity.

The company also recently earned maintenance contracts for two other Global Express aircraft. Both aircraft will undergo annual maintenance checks, and one will also be fitted with a Ka-band system.

AMAC Aerospace is a Bombardier Authorized Service Facility. Founded in 2007, it offers narrow- and wide-body VIP completion and maintenance services for the corporate/private aviation market. The company is led by Kadri Muhiddin, executive chairman/group CEO; Bernd Schramm, group COO; and Mauro Grossi, group CFO.
