Russian on-demand air services company Dexter Air Taxi Services has chosen Ruag Aviation as its maintenance partner for a fleet of 10 Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. Since November 2015, Ruag Aviation has completed heavy maintenance checks on five of the PC-12s, in Geneva, Switzerland.
Ruag’s facility in Geneva is a PC-12 authorized service center. “A dedicated team manages the full scope of each project, ensuring the customer’s requirements and expectations are met,” said David Ricklin, general manager of the Geneva site. “Most importantly, they engage in a continuous dialog with our customers, with regular and clear reporting, safeguarding delivery deadlines and ensuring project efficiency. Ultimately, this practice saves our customers time and streamlines costs. Guaranteed aircraft availability and reliable services are absolute necessities for our customers as well as for our reputation as a leading MRO provider,” he concluded.
Ruag Aviation recently received full approvals for the certification of Russian-registered civil aircraft. The company is able to perform and certify complete MRO and refurbishment services for Dassault Falcon, Pilatus, Bombardier and Embraer aircraft.
