C&L Aviation Services is to convert multiple EMB 145 family aircraft for JetSuiteX to use for charter. The interiors and livery will be refurbished in line with JetSuiteX’s brand. The new interiors will feature 30 seats along with new interior panels and lavatories. LED lighting, wi-fi and electrical outlets will also be installed.

“We’ve been impressed with C&L’s ability to organize a plan around our unique requirements, and their ability to do everything in one place to a high standard,” said Robert Hamel, vice president of maintenance at JetSuiteX. “We look forward to a long partnership with C&L.”

C&L will also provide MRO services for JetSuiteX’s EMB 145 family fleet – the first two of which have already been inducted.

“C&L is excited to be partnering with JetsuiteX as it continues to expand as one of the premier private aviation services in the USA,” said Calvin Tuitt, senior vice president of business development, MRO.

“Due to our regional and corporate aircraft experience, C&L is one of the only facilities with the ability to accomplish a project like this.”

C&L has its headquarters in Bangor, Maine, and also has offices in Europe and Australia.

JetSuiteX provides a public charter service linking West Coast markets. It says its jets offer legroom comparable to domestic business class. It also offers group and corporate charters with its E-135 jets.
