AMAC Aerospace has welcomed several new arrivals to its facility in Basel, Switzerland. A head-of-state Bombardier Challenger 605 arrived in mid-May 2020 to undergo a 12-month inspection. A Bombardier Global Express arrived around the same time, for a 30-month check.

Another recent arrival is an ACJ320, on which AMAC will complete a base maintenance check and carry out a full galley heating system modification. Due to the extension of the project, the aircraft has to stay in Basel six weeks longer than planned.

A BBJ 737 has arrived at AMAC

Meanwhile, a private BBJ 737 arrived at the end of May for a 6a check, due maintenance and service bulletin tasks. Other new maintenance contracts for the company include a pre-purchase inspection on a Bombardier Challenger 605, to be completed at short notice; a maintenance check and avionics upgrade on an ACJ318; and a 1-, 6- and 48-month check on a BBJ 737.
